It makes me very very drowsy..but i wake up three or four times in the night Im keen to learn how a supplement like valerian root can be combined with a hormone like melatonin. What is this melatonin? None of the plant ingredients have melatonin, so where does it come from. In what form has it been added. The drowsiness is extreme....I just drop into bed and am asleep right away but wake up very often in the night.
