My expectations were surpassed by the chocolate-flavored Strength Vegan Plant Protein Powder. It's excellent for muscle growth and recovery because each serving contains 25 grammes of plant-based protein. This is the worst tasting protein I ever had. Don't know how other reviews convey that it's delicious. It doesn't even mix properly no matter what you do. This was not expected from plix. Money wasted totally.
