The cookies and creme tasted very very bad. I have tried several protein powders and I must say this takes the award for the worst taste. The after taste is also very bad and stays for a long time. Also this powder is hard to digest and is causing bloating sensation.

Excellent source of protein and quickly helps recover from general weakness and fatigue after any illness. And, even though I have dairy allergy, I could take it without any problem. I just made sure to take it an hour after breakfast so my stomach was not empty. It tastes just like banana milk shake. As some people had pointed out that it does not dissolve easily, so I simply blend it in a blender for a few seconds with water and it turns into a frothy smoothie like shake. I would highly recommend it for everyone, specially housewives, elderly people, and students. It's better than whey protein because miceller casein protein has 80% of the milk protein, while whey is 20%.

it's the cheapest casein available in the market with high protein content (80%).It's flavor is mediocre, and solubility is poor (forms lumps & froth). Hence, has to be mixed thoroughly and allow froth to settle else can cause bloating. But overall a decent product.
