the product i get from myfitfuel is always very fresh as manufacturing date is of the same month, Casein is bit costly compared to whey but its better than whey due to timing and anti catabolic effect and the taste of unflavored is just like milk, yummy.

This is the best protein for recovery and continuous supply of protein preventing muscle catabolism. It really helped me gain good amount of muscle and also reduced soreness between workouts. Very very bad taste, absolutely disgusting taste. I have had ON, MuscleBlaze and Domina8r proteins and the taste was good. But this protein i could not go past the first bag. Its good they have separate packaging, i had to give away the remaining packets for free to my cousin, even he couldn't finish it. Absolute waste of money do not buy. Plus its not even thick like a casein protein should be.

Product is easy on stomach Taste is not as good as whey, but you will get use to it. I can't say anything about results As it's been only 4 days. The only I thing which bother me is it creates a lot of heavy foam after shaking, and it doesn't settle down even if you wait for 10 min may be its happening because it's Casein, it is my first Casein ever so I don't have any knowledge about it
