It has a very thick consistency, so you definitely cannot have two scoops at a time. Also the flavor mentioned is coffee mocha, which it does not taste even remotely close to! The closest flavor it has is of “sattu”, and almost zero sweetness, if we add sugar on our own the what is even the point?

It makes a very thick gravy when 1scoop is mixed with 300ml of water.Why bodybuilders take 1 scoop with 300ml of water? The reason is it becomes thinner and can be easily absorbed to repair torn out muscles after workout. Thicker solution makes it difficult to aid the muscle recovery.Although I have never said this product is not good. It is a nice product. But it should work the way it is meant for.Pro’s:Its taste is really nice.It is very safe. It also helps your skin improvement.Cons:It gives good results. But this is a plant protein and not a whey protein.So for better results. Take 2 scoops a day. 1 post workout and 1 pre workout or before bed. And it will give results after 1 month or 2 months provided supported with daily protein rich diet and consistency of intake of 2 scoops a day.Note that it is not a replacement to your diet, it is a supplementSo this product only gives you results when you are taking balanced diet and regular 2 scoops of this product.I bet you this is the most healthy, no side effects and harmless supplements ever.

There is a soy epidemic around the world when it comes to food where it’s shoe horned into every thing we eat. So it’s refreshing to see this protein powder which does not contain it. Note that consuming soy may mess up your harmones and known to increase estrogen in men which in turns effects testosterone. I feel instant energy after taking it following a work out and don’t have any digestive issues either. I’ve been using this product for the last couple of years and have to say it’s definitely a better and affordable protein supplement in the market!

I have been using unflavoured whey protein isolate and wanted to try a pea protein. If you are used to unflavoured whey, then pea protein unflavoured is fine on taste. The mixing is OK, you just have to add the powder in a glass of water. Please do not put the powder first and then water, as mixing will be an issue. Its just a day since I started this, so can't comment on results. However, my biggest disappointment was that the powder they have sent to me was packed 12 months back, leaving 6 months to expiry. Technically, this is still valid, but here I would've preferred a fresher product within 3-4 month of packing. A loss of 1 star was on account of this reason. Overall I'm happy with the product. Will buy again.

I ordered this after seeing some good reviews both on Silkrute and youtube.But I was really disappointed. The taste is alright, but it is very chalky! The powder does not mix well at all. I used a blender and it still didn't become a smooth liquid.Would not buy again.

I have been using MFF pea protein isolate Gourmet Vanilla creme flavour for over 6 months now, I love the taste!Compared to other products I have tried, this one doesn't have that chalky bland taste, it tastes and smells wonderfully vanilla flavoured and creamy,thus true to its name and dissolves really easy in plain water.The package is neat and pleasing, with a sturdy zip lock to keep the powder air-tight, with a transparent measuring spoon included.I am very satisfied with the product, it seems to be serving the purpose of covering my protein deficit on daily basis really well??And as a lactose-intolerant, soy-sensitive person I haven't found any trouble with this protien supplement so far, I'll say the ingredients are reliable??
