Its a budget casein, casein is supposed to have this chalky texture, I just use more water to make it thin shake to avoid chalky texture.Casein is supposed to be thick so you need to use more water with it.Over all its a good product, But if they can do something to mask the chalky taste then it will be even better.Provides solid 24g of casein for overnight muscle recovery.But if you are in bodybuilding then I dont think tast e matters ??

I have to be honest the only way I can tell if this works, is from the fact that there has been no difference in gains from switching to this from muscle tech casein gold.The downside - this is super thick and tastes like porridge (not a down side if you like porridge)For me the texture and taste just doesn’t work so I’ve switched back to muscle tech for now (even tho muscle tech isn’t pure micellar casein), it’s far more palatable to me.

Horrible taste. Really horrible. I thought I could mix it with whey or add it to a smoothie, but it just didnt work out. It tastes crap. I tried to consume it for 5 days straight. On 5th day I got severe cramps and vomiting in my stomach.Wont recommend.

The absolute lack of taste gives a very bad feeling while drinking it. I have been trying to avoid it daily. Feels like a punishment to have it, elicits emotions which we get when we try to avoid medicines before bed. Might be better in flavoured version. Good packaging.
