Quite a strong concoction. Makes one feel drowsy in the mornings. I stopped after taking this for a couple of days. I find a mix of multi vitamin, B Complex and casein much better.

I am doing hard works outs all 6 days but there is a hard time recovering faster from muscle damages. This supplement will help to recover faster at night and to get better sleep. i got faster recovering periods after heavy workout sessions.

I have tried expensive ZMA supplements from international brands such as ON, MP etc. But those are very expensive. For background - I am an avid cyclist & I do weight training 5-6 days a week. My usual training sessions at the Gym are 90mins. And I cycle to work everyday after the Gym session. I end up cycling 18-20 kms to work & back. Coming back to the ZMA supplement - I have found it very useful for muscle recovery & regeneration. With these levels of physical activity - it becomes critical to recover efficiently. THis is where ZMA comes into the picture & becomes a daily essential. I use a fitbit & I have noticed that ever since I began taking this supplement - my sleep score has improved to 85+ every night. Anything above 82 is good quality sleep as per Fitbit. Rem sleep durations have improved consistently over the course of last week or so. I can only attribute it to the ZMA supplement. ZMA is a blend Of Zinc, Magnesium, & B6. If you take any protein supplement post workout - ZMA also helps in protein absorption into the body. It also helps maintain improved oxygen absorption into the bloodstream leading to improved SpO2 levels during sports. Overall endurance has improved & I feel less fatigued during sports while having a good sleep for recovery. For 599rs - this is one great value for money ZMA supplement.
