1.I ordered it assuming 33gm of protein would be for one scoop, but I was wrong, it was for 100gm. 2.They should have clearly mentioned in the front of the pack how much protein for one scoop and for 100gm separate. 3.Flavour is nice and balanced not too chocolaty and nor too sweet. 4.Generally its an unspoken rule while buying protein powder to know how much protein is their per scoop and not per 100gm. 5.One key point compared to another beginner protein powder it is less expensive and has comparatively low protein of 9.9 gm per one scoop.

Everywhere they've written 33g protein but i checked on the back that it's only 9.9g which very less but i understand at this price point but they should've made it clear that 33g is per 100gm not per scoop. Also it contains too much carbohydrates which makes you really sleepy. Protein powder should not contain this much carbs. I suggest anyone that you should buy the essential nutrition protein which is only 200rs-300rs more than this but will give you better results. As a beginner you will need more protein for muscle building especially if you're not eating non vegetarian food which makes it harder to complete your daily protein goals

Taste of product is really good but I myself ,only wish that they should increase the protein % by atleast 5-6% . That means, it should contain atleast 15-16 gms protein per scoop.
