I started taking these capsules 1 a day whenever possible from last one and a half weeks and now I'm undergoing a respiratory trauma such as nose bleeding, often heavy sneezing and running nose and feeling very uncomfortable due to its allergic reaction. It would have been same for some others who have taken this since its because of its concentrated high doses than what we add as turmeric while cooking or in food. So now I've stopped using it from last 2 days but now also its not over. I searched in google and came to an understanding that those capsules were having curcumin in high doses which weren't able to be absorbed in my body due to which it has triggered a respiratory inflammation which can cure gradually over time getting rid of its toxicity. So beware and think twice before going for buying or consuming these curcumin capsules. Better it will be if you consult a doctor without taking any risk afterwards which I didn't do instead believed in my own belief and understanding.
