The product is very nice to taste and has got a lot of health benefits. You do feel the energy come back in you immediately and you feel fresh. Very easy to use. Just drop one tablet in a glass of water and let it dissolve. No need to stir. You can add a little salt to enhance the taste..

I can say for sure that this gives me much needed energy replenishment during heavy lifting sessions. I take a sip between sets. I usually drop one tablet into a bottle of 750ml water. Otherwise it is too strong. This way, just a mild fruity taste. Lime flavour is definitely superior to berry.

Honestly I dint feel that it's a great product probably because I had developed high expectations seeing the number of people who have purchased it..!! Flavour and Fragrance are good.Sour in taste. No added sugar. I dint feel increased level of energy after consuming it. But I feel maybe it's not for me...others may find it beneficial. Price is okay, if possible they should reduce a bit. Thank You!

I really liked the product. Once u r very tired and totally sweated then it's something that will regenerate ur power back! I bought berry flavor and it's good but not that tasty. Next time will order lemon one and any which ways we should not go for taste as the purpose of this product is to help u rehydrate. Cheers Amazon!

I find Lime & Lemon to be the best flavour out of the rang. I sweat a lot and get dehydrated easily. When I go on a long run, I mix 2 tablets in 500 mL of water and it works very well for me. Similarly, on bicycle rides I mix 2 tablets in a 750 mL bottle. Note - the packaging seems to have changed, it is now different from the Amazon product picture.

Great for longer runs, replenish the energy and lets you run further and longer. Only caveat is that, too much of it, and water would slosh around in stomach when you run, so do not use this as replacement for solid food. Taste is good and I have been using it regularly on my longer runs.

I was looking for gatorade powder, found this instead. I found it to be a better electrolyte than whats available in market. I use it after running, during gym or simply to drink water when you want to. Pro: 1. it's basically the same thing as gatorade/powerade but in a tablet form. 2. Dissolves completely (effervescent) in a glass of water. 3. The flavor (berry) is good to taste. 4. The bottle carries on it good nutritional description. 5. The drink becomes like a soda with bubbles in it. 6. Bottle is easy to carry around 7. Electrolytes prove to do their work. Against: 1. Sometimes 1 tablet doesn't give the right taste, so you end up popping 2 or more. 2. The bottle's seal was flimsy and i removed it without need of a knife. It could've been better for the price. In nutshell, it is a good drink but costs more than electral powder which provides the same thing. But it's advantages outweigh the cons. A must try for every body. Thanks to Amazon for packing and delivering on time.

First time I ordered got the product well packed and good condition... But the second time it came with the seal broken.. the packaging was good but the product was opened before packing... Too bad.... Will buy again for sure.. but not from Amazon if they are this careless.. About the product: I use the product for hydrationeeds while running and found it to be much better than other products even the once costlier Would recommend it to anyone who runs long distances... The product won't leave an aftertaste in mouth... Easy to carry as it is a capsule... Easily dissolves.. good in taste...

I am using this product for last 2-3 years as an after run(+10k, 5 -6 days a week) to replenish lost salts (especially during summer and rainy season ). Though the taste is bit light, one may not feel it much salty in taste but it nevertheless serves the purpose of replenishing salts. It has a composition of salts, few of which(salts) may even not be available in general oral rehydration powder(which many runners sometimes use). Why we should purchase it? 1) It is reasonably cheaper to use this product than purchasing ORS to replenish salts after run. 2) It replenishes the lost salts in body same, if not better than general ORS. 3) It can also be used by others(those not into running or any exercise) in summer and rainy season when we sweat out a lot of salts from our body (losing salts makes us feels drowsy and lazy). 4) Salts are must for contraction and relaxation of muscles. Lack of salts in body leads to 'muscles pain' while running or doing any other work.

Absolutely love these for the most part. I use these for training and during runs (10k upwards) and it is refreshing and light and not sweet at all ( a BIG plus for me) Here's the con: The tablet takes a while to dissolve so if you're using it during a run/workout, you have to wait for a whole 2-3 minutes watching it bubble up. It is horribly inconvenient to pop these in *while* you're running - the bottle cap is very fussy. The alternative is to stop 3 minutes and wait for it to bubble up. It will disturb your cadence.
