In the product description photos, Iron is shown as 19mg and Vitamin C is shown to be 80mg but the product I received has the nutritional information showing 17mg for Iron and only 40mg for Vitamin C. Very misleading. You shouldn't show an old formula and sell a product with lower percentages. Better go for Carbamide Forte instead. It has zinc added if you need it, and lesser preservatives in the ingredients list.

The iron absorption causes some constipation issues (which is totally normal, Iron supplements tend to do that) but that can be fixed with choosing the proper time of intake and drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Good quality product. Value for money??.
