There is an update after one month of use you will definitely feel the rush in your blood but you will not get desired results. I was using C4 before this and now I am going back to C4 again. feeling sorry for freak but this is genuine feedback for the product. As the name suggests, u would definitely freak out if u r a beginner and take one scoop. I would suggest 1/4 scoop to Start with. Even if u r at intermediate level please take half scoop. This is a value for money product. You will find an immediate rush in your blood. You will get an energy blast in your body. This will add at least 30 minutes to your workout session. Flavour is like Poppins. One advice - if u r unable to handle the rush from freak than drink lots of water. This will reduce the rush in your blood.
