The way I used it, it did not make my hair black, but it helped in making my hair healthy. I did not use it as instructed on the pack. Mixed it with mehendi and some other things in curd. Depending on what henna you use, it tends to turn hair red or orange, Indigo powder like Kama's, arrests that orange colour dissemination to some extent. I have used it once and I was satisfied. The next time I would soak Indigo powder seperately, for at least 4 hours before mixing into my henna. Other things I add to a curd base, - amla powder, hibiscus, brahmi, ground cloves, eucalyptis oil and a bit of coffee to prevent from catching a cold. You can also add, rhubarb, if it's available where you are, to get a golden sheen, or ground methi dana for colour. Black tea, camomile tea, cassia powder or cinnamon and grapeseed oil are other popular additives.

it is a very good coloring agent. it shoudl be used on the next day after using henna. it gives a good dark grey color to the hair and hides the grey hairs. does not have any side effect. I am now using it for the second consequetive year and find it useful.

Though a little steeply priced, good quality Henna no doubt. I mix it with the Kama indigo powder and hibiscus tea, turned my grays into amber gold. Another time I mixed it all with amla, brahmi, bhringraj, hibiscus and a dash of coffee powder in curd; the flattening helped curb the frizz a bit.

It has clear instructions on how to mix henna and then how to mix Indigo for great results.I followed it verbatim. I used Richfeel henna before applying indigo but will use Kama henna next time. Read Caution as well in case it accidentally enters eyes or other allergies. The packaging contains a shower cap as well as a pair of hand gloves which is fantastic. Will definitely buy again. Express delivery with Prime same day at Rs 50 extra. Love it!

Good packaging. Using these 2 items-(Henna & Indigo)- for some weeks now. No complaints.But with recent reports of most Cosmetic products sold online being fake; next time i need a Kama product i would prefer going to a Kama boutique instead,as there is no difference in pricing.Hoping, though, that what I got is an originalproduct !

I have long hair..have used this product twice. Color wise, results are same as any good branded hair colour. Longer you keep it, darker the color is. I had got lot of Grey hair after using hit color, this organic provided full grey hair coverage. As Hena alone can make your hair dry, so better to apply oil a day after applying any hens product. Also I had added little coffee to get darker shade to match my existing hair color tone. Indigo did it job well.More then everything else, m happy that there is no more chemicals in my scalp.

The product seems to work quite well. But definitely do a patch test before using as it says on the pack itself, even while it's a herbal product, it instructs to do so. Meanwhile, my mom used it and the color in the combination of indigo has very good results. Hopefully will stay for atleast a month and a half.

Am writing this review one month after application. No grey hairs still in sight. I used the entire content for single time(medium length hair). Does not strain skin. hair became dry the first day and became normal after 2nd wash and conditioner application. I added tea water to the henna mix the night before and used this. Did not catch cold.

Has made my scalp very dry & itchy like it seems to be full of dandruff which falls continuously. Even after applying hair oil regularly after usage the dryness doesn't go. No doubt the results are good but if these are the side-effects then becoming difficult for me to use it. Is there remedy for this problem?
