Very poor packaging! Bags damaged. 100 bags squeezed inside a tiny package. Much of the tea leaves had come loose and was strewn all over the box. These float in the liquid when dipped. Have to use strainer. No use purchasing tea-bags.The tea itself however is good quality.

Cheap and terribly bitter as compared to any other brands of green tea that I've tasted. You'll need two spoons of sugar or honey. Not really happy with it however don't believe Amazon will take returns post using it.
