This is an honest review.Delivery was excellent, even made my day because I received it gift wrapped which I didn’t request.After unpacking, the first thing I observed was the pleasant aroma that filled my room after opening the box. I got very excited to try this tea and even decided to keep ordering it in future. I guess I planned it too far, too soon.I opened the impressive packaging and saw the tea bags sachets. Really appreciate the quality of the paper used. It gives a premium look to the product.However, there were a red colored and yellow colored tea sachets in that box. I thought that the manufacturer has provided sample products for its range of product and to verify the same I checked the description which clearly states “18 tea bags” for jasmine. There’s no information about replacing 2 out of 18 with different flavor.Moreover, when you look closely at the rooibos tea bag sachet, it looks relatively old. I am assuming that the manufacturer is indulging in malpractices by dumping its old(probably expired) stock through new boxes.Very disappointed.
