I used it in2007-08 in BIG Bazar in my UG days. I am medical student and I used to have lot of chronic coughs and stuff due to living in hospital campus. It helped me a lot but then big bazar stopped selling it. i found it resently in amazon and wow its still the same , hot , and spicy its very good if you have the problem of cough chronic cold and whenevr feel like having respiratory problem .Try it once its good one star less for bad packaging .

Can’t say how effective it is as don’t know how to measure it. But the combination of ingredients are really tested in Ayurvedic treatments. Dissolve easily in hot water. Taste is good and really soothes your throat.

The deliverable could be better as I literally get the samahan box in crushed state. This thing actually works and I only bought it based on the reviews. And it hasn't disappointed on the third day. However I have only one concern. This prodcut doesn't seem to have FSSAI approval logo on it. This product is made in SriLanka but even imported chocolates have the fssai approval.
