Quality of seeds is okay.Seeds aren't swelling up big enough even after soaking it overnight.Chia seed Pack was torn a little by the time it reached.Seeing some sand granule kind of stuff at the bottom in a chia soaked glass.

Quality is too bad you won't enjoy it as because of its small particles that you won't see and when we eat it feels terrible and feels like throwing I have ordered 200gm earlier which is very good in taste and quality then I ordered 500gm and now it's feels terrible I regret buying it
