So I have been consuming Jeevan sanjivani kwath for almost a month on empty stomach every morning along with warm water and lemon juice, what I have noticed some changes are in my digestive system has improved alot, there is no more any digestive issues or bloating and cause of it I am by default making healthier food choices I guess it affects microbiota of your intestine to create good gut bacteria, skin feels much more nourished not drying out in cold weather, during winter I haven't faced any illness like cold or cough, there is some noticeable change in level of energy and I feel less fatigued, in general I have become more pro active , it has had an allround effect on my whole body overall I feel great after consuming it. This juice consisting of 9 different herbs is certainly a great combination and are in there puriest form along with thier raw fibre in it, for me this formulation is certainly working out in short period of time I have tried it. I will probably continue to use it for another 2 months and do some pathological tests to see how it has affected my overall health. For now I do recommend this juice for the purity of its ingredients.

Good for digestion. Overall immunity. Helps as a potent antioxidant. But has more than 1 preservative. They should stick with 1 preservative which is better for health. Otherwise a good product. No side effects.
