PROS- - Finely ground. No choking powder like the old brand Badam mixes. - Good quality flavour (if you can taste that above the sugar levels) - Small size box (thankfully) CONS- - TOO MUCH SUGAR (70+%) Bought this after consuming Manna Health Mix which is zero sugar. The Badam Mix carton mentioned sugar, but did not mention the %. As it turns out, it is 73% sugar! The table "Nutritional Information" mentions that for every 15g serving, 11g is sugar! The box says to mix 3 tsp of the mix to 150ml of milk. I added 2 tsp to 225 ml of milk, and it was disgustingly sweet. Even 1tsp per 225 ml is sweet. This much sugar is bad for anyone. Does not matter how good quality the rest of the stuff is. Manna should either produce a 0 sugar mix (so consumers can mix stevia or sugar to their taste), or add a low level of sugar (15% max). 73% sugar is just too much. Recommended avoid.
