So far I have used this product for 4 days. I thought it would take at least 2 weeks to show any effect but I was pleasantly surprised when within two days I started feeling really active. I wanted something that could help me keep active and recover faster for better gyming. I've been reading about the importance of consuming greens for a while now. Tried juicing but that's a difficult and tedious process to do everyday. Also, I had read about that we tend to consume a lot of food that inflames our system, and therefore it's important to alkalize our system. So I was browsing Amazon for products that would solve my two problems above, and I found this green blend. The company looked promising and this is the first product I tried from Unived. They have a lot of other interesting health related consumables, and seem to be really passionate about what they're doing. We really need more companies like this in India. I’m drinking Unived's Daily Supergreens with warm water, lemon, rock salt, and Unived's Coconut Vinegar first thing in the morning. To be frank I'm not very regular but in the weeks that I take it regularly, I can feel higher energy levels and better immunity. Motions are also easier and stomach tends to cleanse itself better. It's not easy to continue a good habit, and I love my morning tea, so sometimes I take this beverage in the evenings on an empty stomach. They've tried to make it palatable by adding stevia, and initially drinking it only with water might not be easy because of a little smell. It's not easy creating healthy products that are also tasty, and the health benefits of this one far outweigh the effort you'd make to get used to the taste. So I recommend first timers to take it with lemon and some salt; that makes for an excellent beverage. I think this is a great product and I no longer feel guilty for not having raw, leafy greens, that is always being talked about in the books and health articles. Thanks to Unived. Keep up the good work! So definitely go for it. I don't think there's anything like this in the Indian market today, and also it comes for a reasonable price. May seem a little expensive at first, but you'll notice that it has a lot more servings than they've written on the packet.
