This is a great way to include greens in your diet. I usually add it to my post workout smoothie. I prefer to have it in my smoothie and not in water, as the taste can be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't into raw green juices. The packaging is great and there is a small scoop inside, which helps you in using the product regularly. Alkalizing blend, antioxidant blend , greens and flaxseeds, all neatly packaged together so that you don't have to go through the trouble of buying multiple ingredients and powders! Overall a great, quality product!

Tastes and smells not appealing for people not used to health foods or stevia. But as the earlier reviews said, I have noticed a change in hair texture after I started using. Hair seems to be smoother. I have it first in the morning on an empty stomach by mixing in room temperature water because cold water leaves behind residue in the bottom along with flaxseed oil capsules and CLA. There seems to be an improvement in my weight though use has been short and alongside other supplements( I am losing my hard to lose weight). The second installment of drinking this is 3 hours after my afternoon meal when I usually used to indulge in coffee. The splits in my hair have disappeared. Have refrained consuming sugar in any form. Will update after using for 1-2 months.

The ziplock has gets detached from the packet easily and then storing it is a hassle. Also on one of the ingredients that was removed over time, which was essential - broccoli sprouts

I used to have a full scoop with a glass of water but it tastes quite horrible so I have one spoon with very little water as a shot now. I recently had an attack of cough and cold and I just had one scoop of this and vit C. Recovered faster than ever. So definitely think its great for immunity and general well being. No other obvious benefits.
