Tastes extremely good as you can taste and feel the delayed essence of kesar and other herbal ingredients very well, which are blended well into a nice Flavourful Pastey Texture. Rest can't comment on the effects or pros and cons of using this product, as it's my 1st time, as I was a Daily consumer of Dabur Chyawanprash as I wanted to experience something authentic.
