Disadvantages

The order was delivered in a bad quality, an associate confirmed that a refund would be processed and later an investigation was raised, I was denied any explanation stating the product was delivered in good condition when I have uploaded the pics to prove that it was in a bad condition, the quality of chocolates was not usual and be careful while purchasing as it broke my heart to find the chocolates intended to be a gift in that condition.
