Steps: 1- Add 4 tbsp oil to 200ml water. 2- Pour the mixture in Suhana Khaman Dhokla Mix and gently mix to form smooth batter without lumps. 3- Grease baking plates/trays with little oil. Pour the batter in the oil greased plate evenly. 4- Steam for 15-20 minutes or till done. Remove and allow to cool for 10 mins & cut into small cubes. Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Garnish coriander and grated coconut. Suhana Tip: For soft & Juicy dhoklas boil 200ml water with 50g sugar. Sprinkle this water on the steamed Dhoklas before tempering.
