Cooking Time: 40 MinutesServes: 5Dish Category: Main CourseIngredients Required: - 400g soaked whole masoor (Soak 200g whole masoor overnight) - 3 Medium / 250g onion chopped - 2 medium / 125g fresh tomato chopped - Suhana Akha Masoor Masala (50g) - 5 Cups / 100ml water - 6 tbsp oil. Steps / how to make: - Heat oil a pressure cooker add onions saute for 6-7 minutes on medium flame till golden brown. - Add tomatoes mix well and continue sautéing for 3-4 minutes. Add Suhana Akha Masoor Masala and mix well on low flame. - Add water mix well and pressure cooker on medium flame for 15-20 minutes or 6-8 whistles on medium low flame till done. You can also add little water as per your required texture/consistency. Suhana Tip: - You can also add ginger garlic paste 250g raw onion paste instead of chopped onion. - After opening transfer contents into an airtight container. Store in cool and dry place.
