Dont waste your money on this.I had high expectations from this but it turned out to a complete disappointment....i think this is not even the original korean chilli product the flakes are not even the right color its just like those cheap chilli flakes and doesn't add any flavor to any dish rather it leaves a nasty bitter taste also its quite expensive for this much quantity and no quality. Not using this ever again. Total waste.

I've used this both for making Kimchi and as part of my masala for marination of other dishes in place of normal red chilli powder. It gives dishes a special flavor and I'd suggest anyone who buys it to go ahead and experiment with it that way. It's a really nice product. Only quantity could be a bit more.

I honestly did not like the product. In fact I feel this isn’t even real Korean gochugaru as it did not give the vibrant red colour which gochugaru is supposed to give. Also, the spice level is very low and I had to add tonnes of it just to bring its flavour. I do not recommend buying this product if you’re looking to cook authentic Korean cuisine

The quality is alright but personally I felt that this chilli powder had too much garlic. So if you like no or less garlic in your food, it's a no go.
