I've used this both for making Kimchi and as part of my masala for marination of other dishes in place of normal red chilli powder.It gives dishes a special flavor and I'd suggest anyone who buys it to go ahead and experiment with it that way. It's a really nice product. Only quantity could be a bit more.

Highly disappointed - this is low quality Gochugaru. Mine caught fungus on its own being in the plastic jar they provide n this has absolute no taste. Be careful.

Extremely mild taste, very poor flavour. On top of that, this is very expensive. Definitely avoidable, not a good product.
