I've quite a lot of experience with original vanilla pods so I'll tell you that this is certainly made of natural vanilla. That said, I will give it only 3 stars and I'm also sure most people will not like this because (a) It's clear that the beans used to make this are of relatively low quality, and (b) The average person's idea of what vanilla smells like is substantially different from what vanilla REALLY smells like. The low quality of beans is what ensures that the price of this extract is so low - my estimate is that 20ml of extract would've taken at least 7-8 pods which would cost Rs. 1200-1500 or more at normal retail prices - this extract costs Rs. 400).My suggestion is that the average person should stick to the vanilla essence from the corner grocery store/Big Bazaar.

Makes an excellent ginger or cardamom tea. You can increase the strength of ginger by adding more drops.. love this concentrated ginger in a bottle!!I find it a little pricey... but the flavour is excellent.5 stars for flavour.
