We started in 2016 with a goal to promote authentic Kozhikode snacks around the world. The brand is the brainchild of four young men who carried the dream since they were college students. The passion for building a brand around the best traditions of Kozhikode cuisine led them to the formation of Flavours of Calicut. It's our aim to satisfy the nostalgic drive for homemade snacks of Malayalis all over the world. At the same time, we also realise that Kozhikode snacks have a more extensive interest base among non-Malayalis. May it be the many varieties of chips, halwa or pickle, we have all of them covered.

1. Classic chips - super thin, low salted and tastes amazing. Slightly broken 2. Masala chips - thicker and spices are very balanced. It's hot. 3. Jaggery chips - has ginger added offset the sweetness. Very thick. Tastes good 4. Sweet chips - not too thick not too thin. On the sweeter side. Overall a great experience. Very different from the chips I get from supermarket in Mumbai.

Loved the masala upperi. The sweet one, not so much, tho I think it might be ok with rice and other items. Their regular upperi is excellent but I'm yet to open this packet since I still have one of theirs I'm using. That was super thin, crisp and fried beautifully - not one chip was over or underdone. The sharkaraverati - little too sweet for me, but crunchy. I'd have loved to get a hint of spice on this one. Else, sharkaravarati is too sweet. Only con - all are rather pricey as compared to what you get in the shops in Kerala.
