Unlike Nendran Banana Chips from Kerala spiced/ flavored Banana chips cannot be prepared in Nendran Bananas hence locally grown green vegetable bananas are cut into thin slices and fried in Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil these chips are then coated with pepper powder & a bit of salt. Mysore region is famous for sunflower farms & hence traditionally extracted pure cold-pressed oil is procured locally & used as a healthy alternative to Palm/ Cottonseed Oil. Sliced bananas are deep-fried in cold-pressed oil under controlled temperature it ensures that the chips are lighter nongreasy and also enhances the natural earthy flavor of bananas. I bought delight food kerala chips after searching around many brands for my mom because she love banana chips.It taste so good and are very well balanclu fried in pure coconut oil.Pros:-?Taste so fresh and crispy.??Smell of coconut oil come when u immediately open the pack - which says these chips are fried in pure coconut oil.??Original kerala banana chips taste and color of chips are so natural.??Resonable price for the weight.I bought 2 100g packs.??Well made packing with less damage??Want to buy again and will explore more flavours.??Best HEALTHY option because of coconut oil & banana.Cons:-??unfortunately nothing to say for me.Will buy again & again for sure.
