Was glad I found this! Used it to make Shepherd's pie and it can be used in a whole bunch of Asian cooking such as noddles, stir fry dishes and other things. Quite acidic in smell and tangy in taste, but use about a tablespoon, paired with other complementary condiments to get an amazing flavour in your dishes.
