Before I have bought from other brands they where so good this time I bought urban platter though let’s give it a try after seen reviews, my first impression ?? after opening the bottle lid it’s not a rice vinegar ?? it’s just a vinegar smell was awful taste was like normal vinegar simply wasted my 500rs. Plz don’t go with the 5star reviews

Why on earth would you add MSG to a vinegar product. If you properly pack it, then there's no need for MSG or any other preservatives or flavour enhancers. At the least, in this price point, I would expect traditionally prepared rice vinegar. I'm so disappointed in Urban Platter for making this in the first place. Update: It seems that they removed my previous comment about the MSG and removed the picture that lists the ingredients. WTH??? guys... Are you that threatened by it? If you're then don't add unneeded ingredients to an otherwise a good product.

is it rice vinegar or shushi vinegar..it doesnt say sushi rice vinegar on its label....just rice vinegar? they r different...shushi vinegar has a lot of sugar among other flavor....just be clear what u r selling and label it appropriately...it has a sweet tinge.... but i dont honestly know....hen u product smthing its online labels and on product labels shud be same...

This sushi vinegar is okay. Clear good colour, but mild and not aromatic. It doesn't have the same taste as other brands I have used. Yokoi, Marukan, Kikkoman are really good, but not available in India. I bought this because I was able to get it faster on Prime and I needed it for my cooking class. I will use it up, but wouldn't buy it again.
