Does not work well as a pizza/pasta sauce esp. if you are seeking a sauce with a relatively authentic flavor. However, it serves well as a chutney / dipping sauce for Indian snacks such as pakora, etc.

1. Extremely salty. The amount of salt kills all other flavours. Intolerably salty.2. Too sour, will hurt the teeth of those with tooth sensitivity3. No balance of flavour, needs more sweetness and less saltIt spoiled my pizza for which I fermented the base dough for hours. Sad that I didn't taste it before putting it on, my bad, I trusted Veeba. All thumbs down ?? ??Instead just mix pizza seasoning and garlic powder into ketchup and use that.
