But the texture and taste of the noodles is even better than the maida ones.The flavour is on the mild side.P.S. Add an boiled egg and few veggies, if it is bland for you.

The taste of just the noodles are good not better and the flavor of the mix is complete ginger flavor. That ginger powder is spike in the nose.. Those who are ginger fan will love it. However it is too pricy for 9 packets. Could have been better.
