During the Covid-19 days, I was looking for a substitute for a sprouted ragi mix that I used to buy for a health drink. I came across this one, and I bought it. This makes a great tasting drink by adding it to cold or hot milk, but is too sweet for my liking. Also, the powder is whitish in color, whereas I was expecting to be a shade of red / pink. This is because the ragi content (as per the information on the packing) is only 5%. There is icing sugar, glucose, starch, and milk powder as the other ingredients along with "artificial cardamom flavoring". Definitely not a good drink if you are buying it for the ragi content.

We have used this product many times before and it was very good. But this time it has burnt taste when we mix in milk and it must be because the grains were roasted too much and got burnt hence different taste. It is not palatable.
