This is now our current favourite cookie in the kitchen (till we come up with something better :-)). We chomped through tons of it before saying yes this is what we want to launch into the world. The light bite of cocoa from the cacao nibs and that tart sweetness of cranberries pops out in a buttery cookie. No compromises anywhere Add 100g melted butter (vegan or regular) + 2 tbsp water to 1 pack of cookie mix.
