We used these for making Pad thai noodles and it turned out to be ok. Those who are complaining that the noodles are too hard, I have a tip. Boil a big container of water and just after boiling turn off the heat, and immediately transfer the noodles from the packet to the container. And keep aside for 8-10 mins. If you soak in normal or cold water they will not turn soft. So important to soak them into very hot (not boiling) water before cooking.

While the product was fine by itself, the packaging was not. The outermost packaging was open. When I order something, I expect to receive it sealed! Disappointed!

Disadvantages
The noodles cooked well but you literally need to swallow them. You can chew and eat egg noodles or even vermicelli or curly noodles but not these. It's not ideal for good digestive health but if you like aladante ( Italian In Chinese) buy them.

Made Pad thai with it couple of time, it turned out very well, if you want gluten free noodles you will love this one. Add it to boiling water to speed up the cooking process.

Cost is to much high if possible rate may be revised as per quantity and also required 500 gms and 1 kg pack if rate revised. Rest very useful item for weat alergy patients.
