Coming from Delhi, we love soya chaap dishes but its not available in Bangalore in Grocery stores(online/offline) or dairies. Its good in taste, long shelf life if dont open the can. Its soft and tasty, you can cook whatever recipe you want.Only con is its pricing, if we compare it with frozen or ready to consume products available in local markets (Delhi-NCR), its very costly.For those who don't get it in their cities, its best to go for it through Silkrute and enjoy the same taste.

Thanks Desi Treat & Silkrute.Tips for soft & juicy chap- first deep fry the chaps in oil. Then use them for any dish. Soya Chap always tastes better if you add lots and lots of fat (butter, cream) in it.
