Advantages
I started having Quinoa for the first time and I was confused as to which one to order as there were a pool of choices available for me on Amazon. I selected this and I surely dont regret my choice. Its not only value for money, it becomes delicious when I prepare it! Great stuff!

This is costly for us in India but guys who are acutely conscious about their 'CARBO' levels & at the same time maintain usual vigour & high level of activity this is very good. But I use it along with brown rice in 1:5 ratio i.e., 1/5 th of brown rice is quinoa. Ultimately one has to develop the taste.

I prefer the tri color one from a rival company. Comparable in nutrition to brown rice and daal, is expensive though. Lots of people in the West are eating quinoa and it provides complete protein (good for strict vegetarians) but people in the native lands like Ecuador now can't afford to eat this and have switched to rice or so.

I have purchased this item on many occasions, but this time the product is not up to the mark. More than half the quinoa remains uncooked in every bacth even if I add more water or cook it longer (some of it turns to sludge while majority of it remains uncooked).
