Overroasted, purchased it for gifting but can't. Silkrute has to take care of the quality of the product sold here which it doesn't. It has happened time and again and I wanted to return this inferior product but they didn't allow me. I am not going to purchase anything from Silkrute any more. And spread it in my circles.

This is the fourth or fifth time, I am buying from this brand but this time the quality was very substandard. I have shared some pics and that was the quality of almost 60% of the pistas i received in the packet. My previous experience was very good but with the disappoinment I had this time, I have started looking at alternatives. So, I hope they fix the quality otherwise they will loose all their customers.
