Advantages
Was looking for a gluten free option to bake cookies with. Almond flour is a great alternative to refined flour/maida, and it adds a slight nutty flavour to baked goods as well. The only downside was that I didn’t know it was unbleached (with shell) while ordering, and that hinders in the quality of the final baked good. Even so, making chocolate chip cookies using this and honey instead of flour and sugar turned out to be a decent way to curb the sugar cravings.
