The flour had a bitter taste. I used it for baking bunds and they turned out to be bad in taste, then I tasted the flour...it left a bitter aftertaste...I believe I received the spoiled item

the pack is actually vaccum sealed. Hence the packaging looks different from normal flour. How everyone you need to disintegrate the whole chunk with hands to make it a flour. Using it for 3-4 days now, good product.

The delivered product is different than the displayed product. The photographs shown are for skinless and blanched almond flour and this is just raw !! Tried everything from tortias, pancakes to breads. This works with nothing. Never going to order this again !

Its almond meal & not almond flour. Almond meal is coarser and includes the skin of the almond. The ingredients are not listed in the packet, so its not clear if there are other ingredients mixed in it. Quality is OK.

The almonds are unblanched so their flavour is a bit textured and the product has a lot of fibre. I prefer it with blanched almonds and wished I had read the fine print. However, they are perfectly fine to knead rotis
