Taste & flavor are fine but the products (I bought 2 boxes) came in disastrously broken plastic boxes. I kept them as inside the boxes the product was well covered in plastic packets. Why don't the sellers improve the packaging even after so many complaints? They must check the reviews & act accordingly. In fact, after so many complaints, I feel, even Silkrute should also act in exercising certain quality norms.

I am using this jaggery for very long, the quality was too good and I loved the taste. But from past two orders, the quality is gone, the product seems to be old, only top and bottom is jaggery is fine, in between it’s whitesh and breaks like powder. I will no longer will use this jaggery
