Advantages
I have purchased brown sugar of another brand in the past, and it was so wonderful- it was fragrant, a rich dark brown and smelt and tasted like powdered jaggery. This one smells a little unpleasant and I wish the granules weren't this big. I'm definitely not buying this again.

Sugar in the sealed packed was completely most that stuck together in the jar - I had to scratch some every time I wanted to use it. Also, it looked more like regular white sugar coated with something brown.

The most pathetic brown sugar ever. It spoilt both the desserts I made. The crystals don't melt at all. I could bite the sugar crystals in both my cookie and tart . Throwing the rest of it in the dust bin!
