Dhampur Green Castor Sugar is a free-flowing sugar which dissolves instantly and is an ideal sweetener for baking using in beverages as well as for dusting/ garnishing. You can also use it to sweeten cold drinks whipped cream yogurt fruit purees and sauces. Its fine grind provides a smooth soft finished texture. Also known as Caster sugar. Castor Sugar may harden if not stored properly. Transfer contents from pack to an airtight container and keep in a cool and dry place. Never use a wet spoon to scoop out the sugar.
