Our raw sugar is healthier than brown and white sugar as it is unrefined and free of chemical such as bleach. It contains minerals like phosphorus calcium iron magnesium and potassium. To make raw sugar the juice from sugarcane is first extracted then concentrated after which the solution is crystallized. Raw sugar is approximately 96-98% sucrose. The nearly pure sugar crystal is covered by a thin film of molasses which is then purified and the final product is our golden-brown raw sugar. It can be used in tea and coffee and for baking as well.

Sugar quality is going down. Please dont do this. We have invested our money and trust in you people. Last time what i gpt was definitely not that raw sugar. It was crytallised and processed one. If i want that only i could have contacted organic tattva people. Stay true to ur products. If this time again i will receive it. I will def write another review.
