At first glance when you research these , the data talks about zero carbs etc. however with a deeper look you will realise these noodles cause major constipation! Experienced the same and the taste and texture of the noodles is also v diff from others - so you may not enjoy that either

I expected these to be dry instead, these were precooked and were In a preservative water. Anything tbat reads INS on the packing is a preservative. My bad, I should have read the descriptions more carefully. This product is not returnable either. Anyway, for those not worried about preservatives, these noodles are tasteless and odorless. So, your sauces are important for the aroma. These noodles are chewy so don't expect a rice noodle consistency. For what they are, extremely expensive.

I ordered 3 packets just to give a try! One packet is enough for one person. You will feel light even after finishing a pack. It’s so light on the stomach. I added good amount of veggies, still my stomach felt light. I am glad they have noodles with almost zero calories. Good for calorie conscious people.

I m on a ketogenic diet n was craving for a carb substitute. These noodles are just perfect. It’s though tasteless but taste amazing with curry n stir fry. I so much now enjoying my keto diet. Never found such a good substitute. The other keto brand food taste horrible. These are awesome. Now ordering 6packs at one go.
