The noodles don't have any specific taste of their own so they will taste as well as you cook them. It has a chewy texture. The only problem was, one packet costs almost 200 rupees but is not enough for one serving. Atleast for me. You would need to fluff it up with lots of veggies, meat, cheese, eggs etc.

Buy Only IF :1. You really want to have noodles and can't have any carb intake.2. If you know how to make noodles using sauses (fyi most sause have carbs) coz these dont have any own taste3. If you can afford to spend big money on a very small quanity package

One of my best friends on my keto diet. This is the healthiest and the tastiest thing I eat in my day. The only thing is that it is too expensive for a small volume. However, i jut love the fact that i can make it any which way, it comes to my hoome really fast and it helps me lose weight! I absolutely love it.

I myself love Oriental flavours and these noodles work great with ingredients like sesame seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chilli etc. I often toast sesame seeds in sesame oil, add veggies like onion, bell peppers, baby corn, carrot etc and then add the rinsed noodles and then stir in any stir fry sauce and some chilli flakes for kick. Soy garlic is a fav sauce flavor as is Korean bbq.I wanted a low carb, low calorie option for keto diet and these work great! Some people dont like the texture but if you dont overcook they end up exactly like glass noodles (and would be a good sub for glass noodle soup or vietnamese spring rolls etc)
