IF you know how to cook, it is fine, no problem with tummy... But why this ridiculous price? actually increased the price in this week. Also I just realized this is all made in china, from god knows what ingredient. Now I am worried about my health from this expensive investment.

My favourite thing is the texture! Just rinse the noodles and fry it without any oil to get rid of the excess moisture for a minute or two on medium flame and keep aside. They become kindly glassy. It's important to remember that the noodles don't have any taste of their own like your usual pasta, but they take the taste of the sauce very well. Loving it as a low carb option! And very filling because of the fibre content. Great keto/low carb option. But do use flavourful sauce to coat it.

Superb for addition to any soups ! It fills you up. No cooking needed. Only strain the content and wash with water thoroughly before adding to the soup ! Its a great keto alternative and would highly recommend! I use it to make butter garlic noodles too while on keto ! 5 stars for making my life easier when on keto !
