It's good. I read in reviews on the internet that it had a fishy taste but it tasted neutral, no taste. Was a bit on the crunchy side. And the flavour depends on the soup you make ... But the noodles itself doesn't add any flavour.or absorb the soup and get soggy. I may buy it again... Guilt free eating...

It is a great substitute. Quite expensive for the quantity. It’s as good as normal noodles, only difference is that it’s quite chewy cause it’s full of fiber. But you get used into it. Good find.

Product is as per description. There is no taste (which is a good thing) as you can mix sauce of your choice. However what would disappoint you the most is quantity. It says 270 grams, but don't be fooled, as most of the weight is due to the liquid which is filled inside. You need to drain the liquid and take out the noodles. Quantity of noodles is less then what you would get it you were to cook one packet of Maggie noodles. Considering you pay 150 to 185 rupees for just one packet, quantity provided is really really small. You would be better of spending the same money in Tofu, mushroom and veggies. Make a nice stir fry. You would be much more happy, satisfied and full.

Big regret - I should have researched a bit before ordering this product. The ingredient list calls out Konjac flour which is banned by the USDA and EU (also in AU I think), and now I know why. This stuff is not good for the stomach. Doesn’t digest at all, and if you look at the price, you’re basically paying money to get sick! Pls avoid

Legit shirataki noodles. I was skeptical the first time, but I ended up repurchasing it twice again. It's perfect noodle replacement, makes you feel full and barely any calories. Goes best with Asian soups or stews. Dry noodles can be extremely chewy.
